- Click the Start menu
- Run, then type regedit.exe or type regedit32.exe
- Find a key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Advanced]
- Right click New,
- Select DWORD value
- Rename them with dword type : EnableBalloonTips
- Restart.

- Open Services
- Automatic Updates and then search for properties
- Select Disable in the StartUp type option.
- And also to disable the Security Center.
